Crunchy Black Bean Tacos

This is from Stacy Spieker, a long time Pepper Fan who has shared our peppers with her family, friends and co-workers. Thru the years she has shared many of her ways she uses our candied jalapeños on our Facebook page: Campbell Gardens Candied Jalapeños

Stacys recent post: "These Crunchy Black Bean Tacos are a FABULOUS vessel for Campbell Garden Candied Jalapeños.  I chopped some up to put in the filling and also added some to my sour cream.  You can also switch up the cheese in these tacos.  Today I used oaxaca cheese. "

P.S.  sometimes I am a slow learner but OMG these peppers in sour cream!!!
