Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles (or jalapenos if you're feeling spicy!)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Your favorite burger buns
 - Toppings: Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc.
 
Sweet Preserve Topping:
- 1/2 cup of your choice of our jalapeño preserves (strawberry, peach, or blueberry)
 - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
 
Instructions:
- Mix the ground beef, chopped pickles (or jalapeños), salt, and pepper together. Shape into patties.
 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for 4- 5 minutes on each side or until they're done to your liking.
 - While the burgers are grilling, mix your preserve and Dijon mustard together to make the sweet preserve topping.
 - Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and drizzle the sweet preserve mixture on top before putting on the final bun!
