Strawberry Jalapeño Sticky Wings

Ingredients

• 20 Chicken Wings

• 1 cup of Strawberry or Peach Jalapeño Preserves

• 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce

• 1/2 stick butter

• 2 TBS honey

• Finely chopped green onion tops

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°. In a deep skillet, melt the butter and Worcestershire sauce and turn to medium-high heat. Using tongs, place about half of the batch of wings into the butter and cook for about 6 minutes, turning once. Set cooked wings aside and repeat with remaining wings. In a small saucepan, simmer preserves and honey until bubbling. Cover wings in preserves sauce. Toss wings in a foil-lined deep baking dish for 35 minutes. Top with green onion tops. Allow to cool and serve.

The Green and Red Pepper Jellies light up a plate when it’s spread over a cracker and goat cheese. It has a nice clear look with chopped peppers that makes your mouth water.
