We wanted a pickle unlike any other, and we have it! Full of crunchy, sweet, garlicky, slightly spicy flavor. All in one delicious bite. Use them in tuna salad, pickle dip, on a burger, or straight out of the jar. Save the brine and marinate the meat. You won't be disappointed in your pickle

This is the recipe we sample at our events and festivals. Make plenty as they go fast!!!
Our #1 Favorite Treat
1 bag of scoops style corn chips
2 (8-ounce) blocks of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1/2 cup candied peppers/pickles diced to relish
Directions: In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until light and fluffy. Spoon into a pastry bag or a baggie with the end cut off. Place scoops on serving tray. Add 1 teaspoon of cream cheese to each scoop. Add 1 teaspoon of diced peppers or pickles on top of cream cheese.
PS: You can now buy whipped cream cheese in the stores.
