Jalapeño OR Garlicky Pickle Pinwheels

Our #1 FAVORITE treat!

This is what we serve at our events and festivals and it is one of the most popular ways of snacking on our sweet little rings of heat.

Word of caution MAKE PLENTY as it will disappear more quickly than you might think.quickly!

This is easy to make ahead of time, just don’t put it all together until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bag of corn scoops ( we use Tostidos )

2 (8 ounce ) blocks of cream cheese softened

2 Tablespoons sour cream

1/4 to 1/2 cup Campbell Gardens candied jalapeños OR garlicky pickles ( depending on taste desired ) DICED or MINCED to relish consistency

1 Pastry bag ( or baggie with corner cut off )

DIRECTIONS:

In a mixing bowl add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until light and fluffy. Spoon into a pastry bag ( or baggie with end cut off ). (( This can be stored in fridge for several days or a week ))

Place scoops on a serving tray, add about a teaspoon of cream cheese mix to each scoop and top with a teaspoon of the chopped jalapeños or pickles on each dollap of cream cheese.
