Ingredients
Wheel or wedge of brie cheese

Wafer crackers or pretzel-style crackers
Directions
Cut the brie into small slices or wedges, sized to fit your crackers.
Place a slice of brie on each wafer or pretzel cracker.
Spoon a small dollop of Strawberry Jalapeño Preserves over the top.
Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Ingredients
1 package smoked sausage (such as kielbasa), sliced into ½-inch coins

Directions
Cook the sausage:
Place sausage coins in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until lightly browned on both sides and heated through, about 6–8 minutes.Warm the preserves:
Reduce the heat to low. Add Peach Jalapeño Preserves to the skillet, stirring gently to coat the sausage. Heat just until the preserves are warmed and glossy — do not boil.Plate and finish:

Directions
